As Chief Connection Officer and CEO, her expertise ensures that buyer companies leverage diverse suppliers which not only helps them become stronger performers in their marketplace but also reduce barriers for entry and inclusion. Keya’s supplier development skills are exemplary, and she has been presented with numerous industry awards of distinction including Buyer of the Year, Rising Star and Most Powerful and Influential Woman.

 

Keya has held active advisory, committee, and board memberships in numerous national, regional, and local organizations including the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). She has mentored over hundreds of companies.

 

In 2013 Keya created The Connection Bureau, a boutique business development firm.
